Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance:

  • Your deposit is fully refunded (cancellation) or applied to your visit (rescheduled).

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or missed appointments (no-shows):

  • The deposit is forfeited.

  • A new $125 deposit is required to schedule a chiropractic examination

  • A new $50 deposit is required to schedule a 60-minute massage

This policy allows our office to provide timely care while respecting the doctor’s and massage therapist's reserved clinical time.
